All public spaces such as parks, forest preserves, public lots, etc. Must follow the guidelines of the city or municipality that may require permits, licensing, and/or security. Please be aware of open and closing times when reserving your space.

When is the final payment collected?

The final payment is paid one day (1) prior to event date. All major credit cards and CashAPP/PayPal/Zelle is accepted. No Checks.

Are you allowed to bring your own Alcohol, Cigars, and Food?

Food, Smoking and Beverage. Except as prohibited by applicable law, Customer and guests are permitted to consume alcoholic beverages and smoke cigars ONLY (Marijuana and cigarettes are prohibited) inside the Unit. Customer may provide their own food and/or contract with a third-party catering service to provide meals at the Event.

Cigars are sold during the event and guest are allowed to bring their own cigars.

Are restrooms available?

Restroom is available for event guests only. The restroom only allows liquid disposal and toilet tissue supplied by Mobile Lux Lounge. The following items are prohibited:
Bowel Movements – Paper towels – toilet paper not supplied by Mobile Lux Lounge, food, and sanitary napkins. (Additional charges will apply)

What is the size of the lounge?

mobileluxlounge2022-02-28T01:26:17+00:00The Lounge and truck combined equal 55” long. Pull in and out of a location is recommended, however the Truck must be able to back in and un-hitch and hitch the lounge.

What comes with the lounge?

You will also receive 10% off all cigars. Ice is available and optional. Cups and napkins and utensils available upon request (up to 20 guests).

How far do you travel?

Atlanta Georgia (November-May) we travel to surround cities and states.
As far as:
West – Denver, CO
East – Washington DC
North – North Dakota
South – Florida

Can you smoke marijuana, hookah, and/or cigarettes?

Hookah tables can be set up outside the unit for hookah events.

How can I get my deposit back?

mobileluxlounge2022-02-28T01:27:11+00:00Your deposit is non-refundable 7 days prior to your event. On Holiday weekends deposits are non-refundable after 30 days from your event. In the event of a cancellation, a check will be issued. Please allow 7-10 business days.
